As soon as possible after being engaged I will arrange an initial meeting with you at a time and date suitable to you and your family.

 

I will also send you a useful document to you to help you and your family begin to think about what you might like to include in the service. These suggestions will help you prepare for our meeting and to assist you to think about music, meaningful passages, special features and any contributors. It may also prompt you to speak with work colleagues and friends for stories and special memories.

 

At our meeting we will talk about the life of the deceased. I take my lead from one person but often several people will want tell me about the person.  Between us we will construct a fitting tribute to the deceased that reflects the life of the person, including special memories.

 

I will also take your instructions regarding music, readings and other contributors and discuss any special features that you require.

 

At all times I liaise with the funeral directors to ensure that the day runs as smoothly as possible.

 

In the unlikely event that you change your mind, no charge will be incurred until I tkae my instructions. After our meeting there will be a charge of 75%
